This policy explains how digital products purchased from The Holistic Dog Method (“THDM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) are delivered, accessed, and used.

By purchasing or accessing a digital product through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. What Are Digital Products

Digital products offered by The Holistic Dog Method may include:

  • online training courses

  • educational programs

  • downloadable training guides or resources

  • video lessons or recorded workshops

  • behaviour and training plans

  • access to digital learning libraries

  • membership learning resources

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not involve the shipment of physical goods.

2. Access and Delivery

After purchase, digital products will be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • access to a secure online learning area

  • account access through our website

  • email delivery

  • download links

Access instructions will be provided once payment has been confirmed.

If you experience difficulty accessing a product, please contact us and we will assist.

3. Personal Use Licence

When purchasing a digital product from The Holistic Dog Method, you are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

This means the content is intended for your own education and use with your own dog.

Access to digital products does not transfer ownership of the content.

4. Account Access and Login Sharing

Access to digital products, online programs, and membership areas is provided for one user only, unless otherwise stated.

Your login details are personal and must not be shared.

You may not allow multiple people to access the same account.

If unusual or excessive login activity is detected, The Holistic Dog Method may:

  • temporarily suspend account access

  • request that login credentials be updated

  • permanently remove access where account sharing has occurred

Where access is removed due to unauthorised sharing, refunds will not be provided.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All digital content provided by The Holistic Dog Method is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of THDM unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • course materials

  • videos and recordings

  • written guides and training plans

  • downloadable resources

  • images, graphics, and written content

You may not:

  • copy or reproduce materials

  • share content with others

  • upload materials to other websites or platforms

  • distribute or sell any part of the content

Unauthorised sharing or reproduction may result in removal of access and may lead to further action where appropriate.

6. No Professional or Commercial Use

Digital products provided by The Holistic Dog Method are intended for personal education and use by dog owners.

Unless written permission has been granted by THDM, the material may not be used for professional or commercial purposes.

This includes:

  • teaching the material to paying clients

  • incorporating the content into another training program

  • reproducing course material for business use

  • presenting the training framework or materials as your own work

Dog trainers or behaviour professionals are welcome to purchase digital products for their own learning. However, the content may not be used as part of a commercial service without written permission.

If you wish to use THDM materials within a professional setting, please contact us to discuss licensing options.

7. Educational Purpose

Digital products provided by The Holistic Dog Method are educational resources designed to help dog owners better understand training, behaviour, and lifestyle management.

Behaviour outcomes depend on many factors, including:

  • owner implementation and consistency

  • the individual dog's history and genetics

  • environment and lifestyle

For this reason, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Digital products do not replace professional veterinary advice or in-person behavioural assessment when required.

8. Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

This includes:

  • online courses

  • downloadable guides or resources

  • training plans

  • membership learning materials

If a digital product is faulty, inaccessible, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us so the issue can be resolved in line with Australian Consumer Law.

9. Technical Requirements

Accessing digital products may require:

  • a stable internet connection

  • a compatible computer, tablet, or smartphone

  • an up-to-date web browser

The Holistic Dog Method is not responsible for access issues caused by the customer's device, software, or internet connection.

10. Changes to Digital Products

From time to time we may update digital resources to maintain quality and accuracy.

Updates may include:

  • revised training guidance

  • additional lessons or materials

  • improvements to course content

Access to updates may vary depending on the product purchased.

11. Removal of Access

The Holistic Dog Method reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to digital products where:

  • login details are shared

  • content is distributed without permission

  • website terms or policies are violated

In these circumstances refunds will not be provided.
