This policy explains how orders for physical products purchased through The Holistic Dog Method (“THDM”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

If tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

5. Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if products are shipped from different suppliers or locations.
This may occur when items are fulfilled through different distribution partners.
You will not be charged additional shipping unless stated during checkout.
6. Delayed or Missing Orders
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping provider.
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist in locating the shipment.
THDM is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, but we will work with the carrier to resolve issues where possible.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned or lost, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. Lost Parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the shipping provider, we will arrange either:
