4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

If less than 24 hours notice is provided:

  • The session may be forfeited, or

  • A rescheduling fee may apply.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Separate cancellation policies may apply to group classes, workshops, or events, which will be provided during booking.

5. Online Services Disclaimer

Online consultations and digital programs provide education, training strategies, and behavioural guidance based on the information provided by the dog owner.

Behaviour change depends on many factors including:

  • Owner consistency

  • The dog’s history and genetics

  • Environment and lifestyle

For this reason, specific behavioural outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Online services do not replace professional veterinary advice. If your dog has health concerns you should consult a qualified veterinarian.

6. Dog Behaviour and Safety

Dog training involves working with animals, which can behave unpredictably.

By booking services with THDM you acknowledge that:

  • You remain responsible for your dog at all times

  • You must disclose any history of aggression, reactivity, or biting

  • You will follow safety instructions provided during training

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if safety becomes a concern.

7. In-Person Training Requirements

For in-person services:

  • Dogs must comply with relevant local registration requirements

  • Dogs should be in good health and reasonably fit to participate

  • Appropriate equipment may be required depending on the session

Handlers remain responsible for maintaining control of their dog during training unless instructed otherwise.

8. Physical Products

THDM may sell physical products including dog training equipment, enrichment items, and related merchandise.

By purchasing products from our website you agree to the following conditions.

Product Descriptions

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.

Products should always be used as intended and with appropriate supervision.

Dog Safety

Owners are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their dog.

THDM is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse of products.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

THDM is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier providers.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

10. Returns and Faulty Products

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund.

Products may not be eligible for return if they have been:

  • Used

  • Damaged through misuse

  • Altered from their original condition
