In-Person Dog Training Session
An hour in the place where it actually goes wrong.
Service Description
For clients who have completed a behaviour assessment. A one-hour dog training session in person, at the Heyfield RV Park, out in the environment where the behaviour happens, or at your place. Most training falls apart in the gap between knowing what to do and doing it under pressure. These sessions take the plan from your assessment out into the world and work it where the difficulty actually lives. Your front gate, the main street, and a quiet track with a few distractions. Wherever your dog stops coping is where we need to be. In person, I can see what a video call cannot. Weight shift, tension through the shoulders, the half-second before the behaviour arrives. I can adjust your lead, your position, and your marker timing in the moment, rather than describing it and hoping. We start with how the last fortnight went, work on one or two things properly rather than six things lightly, and finish with a short, specific plan for the weeks ahead. Suited to reactivity, recall, over arousal, herding, and high drive breeds, and real-world handling. You come to me at Heyfield, $120. I come to you, $180, travel included locally.
